I kept hearing the hype about World of Wings from multiple people in my neighborhood and decided to try it one afternoon. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. You order at the counter and then grab a table where they'll bring your order to you. There's lots of TVs and tables to sit at. The wings are huge here. I ordered the lunch special that includes three wings, fries, and a soda for $10. I went with OG Buffalo style and my son ordered the naked plain ones. The fries are the huge criss cut ones and had a really good flavor. I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese too. It's the good home cooked kind that you have at a family get together with an awesome cheese pull. I'll definitely be back to try more of their flavors as they all sound amazing. The service provided by the owners is excellent and they definitely make you feel welcome while you're there.
Wings were good, My favorite wing was the jerk wings... yes they are spicy but that is jerk! I really like the southern fried wings as well, just would prefer some Louisiana hot sauce with them. the flavors could have been a little more seasoned (salt) but I enjoyed them. Also, I noticed other reviews said not enough fries with the order, maybe things have changed... I had plenty! Service was very nice, they are happy and communicative. The place is clean and really large, may be good for throwing a party :)
Wings were good love the jerk wings be careful they do have a kick but flavor is delicious. The bbq wings flavor was good and the southern fried wings. Next time I would order mine cooked well just my preference. The service was great, the owners were very welcoming and friendly. Makes you feel at home. The ambiance was welcoming and the open space would be great for get together or parties. Overall love the place would definitely go back.
Hubby and I do take-out from here often. Their wings are usually very large. We usually get some buffalo which is mild enough that Hubby will eat one or two. I get a bunch of Lemon for myself; they taste like Chicken Piccata. I can't tell you how much I love those. I also like to get the Orange Bliss wings. We always get a bunch of the BBQ. Today's dozen are big and covered in yummy sauce. This is a literal "ma and pa" business. Husband and wife team; a daughter who helps out occasionally. I hope they can stay in business. It's tough making a go of a restaurant. Yes, the wings are probably a bit more expensive than other wing places but we've tried all of the wing places as well as just regular restaurants that sell wings; these are, by far, the best.
World of wings is great and also a rare needle in a haystack.... Chicken wings made with original homemade flavors and that speaks volumes... The location is gorgeous and encourage all of you to SUPPORT THIS GEM. Mimi and husband got it going on. Don't sleep on this one.
Wonderful people, and excellent wings! My first visit to World of Wings was last week after a couple of previous failed attempts. The wait was worth it! The wings, while rather pricey, are indeed excellent and rather large. Never frozen, cut to size daily, the varying flavors are plentiful! My favorite was the southern fried style with its light batter! The Indian style wings were really well done with that familiar burst of flavors from that style of food! The side of waffle fries is not your typical waffle fry, so don't be afraid to play with their different variations! They could use more sides as options, but the wings are to die for!
gluten free wings in las vegas!!! finally!! The wings here are delicious and so flavorful. All of the wings are gluten free except southern wings. It's celiac safe, the wings and fries are fried in a separate dedicated fryer, fries coated in rice flour and uses Tamari for one of the flavors. The owner was so sweet and friendly, took her time to explain the menu and how they were handling the wings so that there's no cross contamination. They really care and take food allergies seriously. We got the classic buffalo, lemon pepper and jerk flavor. They were all so so good. Waffle fries were perfect We will definitely come back for more!
Old lady read about this place and it was close to the house. I will say that they're on the pricy side. That being said, after tasting them, they can take all my lil coins! We decided to do the sampler which lets you do 3 wings, 3 sauces, for a total of 9. It's close to $20 for just wings, and I wasn't given ranch, any crudités or anything. Tho I ate the wings wo ranch and they were fire, I think a homemade ranch could've set them off even more. We tried the ghengis which was a little salty at first. It started to grow on me. Lemon pepper had me HOOKED! And the southern fried had me nostalgic from childhood. I did feel like they could've been packaged differently so the sauces didn't run into each other, at the end I was rubbing them in the leftover sauce but I also appreciate a stand-alone experience, especially if you're trying new flavors. The place itself is very clean and shiny lol. The lady on the phone was very nice, all in all a pleasant experience and I love supporting small, minority owned businesses. I would go back, but it's more of a treat than a staple due to cost and of course health and oils. They are gluten free so that's cool, and also heads up if you're still using cash.
